So, son number 2 was home from college this week and hasn't requested his favorite meal, burritos. Turns out he's just scheming. He knew that'd I'd make extra and he could take them with him when he left. Clever boy.
I make Spanish rice, black beans, and cilantro, chile, lime onions. Throw in cheddar cheese and avocados and you have veggie burritos that can't be beat.

It's about time that I get a new dehyrator though before the winter. I think a I'll experiment with some new tortilla recipes.
