Sounds interesting but I am suspicious of simple solutions. It seems like a truly sustainable economic system based on limited resource extraction and a lot of recycling. This has been a viable economic theory for a long time but has always been over-ridden by what is known as cornucopian economists. The one BIG caveat is that our population must be kept in check. We can never reach any level of sustainability when the demands on the limited resources keep climbing. The only way to get out of a hole is to stop digging!
