Years ago when I was just a young and upcoming builder who was still on the tools, I had enough of the constant bickering between the guys on my framing crew over whether or not the radio should be set to Country and Western or Rock and Roll, so I banned all radios from my job sites. The men told me that they had a right to have music on the job site and I told them that they could have music but not radios, if they wanted music to help them work then they would have to sing for themselves. :D Never underestimate a crew of carpenters because they started singing 'It's Not Unusual' by Tom Jones and a bunch of other Vegas show tunes. I lasted a week before I caved into their demands for radios.

That's the problem with the Rich wanting to have their cake and eat it too. They want all the money but then they find that even that is not enough, they have to make sure that nobody else has any money so they can feel even better about their sorry asses. The rub is that they wind up killing their own customers off and wind up with less instead of more but you can never make them realize this because they think they know everything when all they really understand is unbridled greed.

I am finding that a lot of people are frustrated and annoyed with other people who are behaving poorly or perhaps just showing their true colours because they are under stress. There is nothing wrong with taking a breather when it comes to dealing with people who set off your emotional triggers, they will probably be relieved as you are most likely setting off their triggers as well. It doesn't have to be forever but it certainly can be, give it a try and see how it goes.
