I really miss Mythbusters, Probably one of my favorite shows ever. It was not only very entertaining, but informative as well. I've read from a lot of people that the show tought them critical thinking, and the Scientific method. They even got to go to the white House because President Obama told them that he and his family were huge fans, and they had a myth to test.In my book, it'll be hard to top that for me.

Bullshit was also one of my favorite shows.
There is a new version on I think netflix. New people tho. When Adam and Jamie were the only two left, it ruined the last season. Check out Bang Goes The Theory. That's kind of the UK version.

I teach high school science. In my sophomore Physical Science classes we have what we.
MythBusters Thursday. Every Thursday we watch an episode of Jamie and Adam and crew. The studentshave to dissect each epidode, describing the problem, how it was tested and the three variables involved: independent, dependent, & control. Very popular with my students and the school.

I had a great respect for Science in High School and later in collage with math, astrophphics, evolution biooligy and such to not only give me the opportunity to learn a great deal, but my education gave the tools to understanding the process of critical thinking. that's why I loved the show so much, they humbly that . learning failure is always an option.
Dan Savage will be speaking a the next FFRF convention in San Francisco in Nov. I have reserved a place.

Same here. The new version of the show just doesn't do it for me though. Hard to replace the personality/chemistry of the original hosts.

@TristanNuvo uhhhhh, no. They are talking about the new hosts Brian Louden and Jon Lung.
Both cases are true... I miss Kari, Grant, and Tory as well.
