Progressing through the levels on Agnostic kind of reminds me of Scientology. Does anyone else see the irony in this?

It is weird how this site puts a hierarchical spin on atheism. It reminded me of the Freemasons strata.

Ohferpetessake, this question again? It was started as a way to keep people active on the site when it was just beginning.....not like Scientology at all!

That has been pointed out once or twice, yes. However, it does seem to work quite well in keeping the site free of trolls and abuse while also enabling it to remain free to use - so we put up with it. 🙂
