Today...I feel over-informed! Too much, too much, too often. Turn off the feed as I have not watched regular television in more than 5 years now my cell phone can be the instrument to testablish my sanity. Just saddens me. For a bit...I will unplug.
Tomorrow is another day.

We are all overwhelmed with info today. It is not 1950 any longer and sometimes I hate it.

Ignorance is bliss has a new meaning for me. Trust is dissolving becoming this elusive quality I thought I understood. Truth has become an art lesson of shade value! I find a strong need to be in nature.

Too much information is more of a burden when we store it indiscriminately. I've found
that carrying around lots of information about things that are not so vs. actual knowledge - information about things that are so, the load is much more easily managed.

Consider how much lighter and freer it was after having uloaded theological myths. It gets even easier by shedding many social mores attached to the erstwhile myths. Divesting oneself of political myths is even better!

Information (knowledge) necessary for such evolution is a bit difficult to acquire sometimes but it DOES lighten the 'overload'.

Unfortunately the mainstream media is owned by a handful of people and they what big business wants them to write or they will not advertise with them and that is how they make money.

Hi, Shazbott,

Yeah, that's what I've had to do. There's just so much bad news I want to hear, and the orange Hitler news seems unreal, and is distressing.

By the way, you earn website points, and help other members get to know you better, when you write an informational profile that includes your hobbies and interests, and answer all the profile questions, since that's the first place many people look when they see a new member.

The website uses your profile to find member matches, so the more details you include, the better the match.

Then you make comments and write your own posts to earn more points and privileges. You get different perks with each level, and when you reach level eight you get an agnostic T-shirt.

In case you don't know yet, to find members near you, click on the "Meet" button at the top of the page, then on "Members," and enter your preferred search parameters.
Or click on the "About" button at the top of the page to find links to FAQ or the website tutorial.

Orange Hitler is very un-real. When I hear nothing of him I have a perfect day. Someone should cut off his Tweeter.
