Thank you for creating and running such a great site for the A & A community. Personally I think the Salad is delicious but there is always going to be one or two who doesn't like it, this is how to deal with it.

Salad is not everyone's cup of tea. 
But I agree it is a good site, with only one major downside which is that the way that the posts work does not really encourage long discussion of a topic, most exchanges are just fire-and-forget because there is little incentive to come back to a certain discussion.
On a standard forum where topics are brought back to the top when there are new replies you tend to revisit a discussion and catch up with new things that have been said. Here because you're continually watching what are the new topics you don't tend to do that.

Hate seems to keep people alive as long as love does so it's anybody's best guess.

I prefere Love !
@VAL3941 I agree but although I used to think that everyone else would agree with that sentiment, I have found that it isn't necessarily so. Hate has a strong and powerful following, maybe because it has such a close association with Love - Indifference seems to go it's own way.
