The Supreme Court rulings that have come down the last few days have been so frustrating to me. Republican obstruction will mean that Trump will have a 20-40 year impact through the courts. I'm beginning to believe that if the Special Counsel probe comes back that they colluded with the Russians, the recourse of impeachment won't be enough, and we'll need to seek annulment of this presidency.

In the mean time, as we wait for Mueller and the midterm elections, here is something to hopefully brighten your day.

If there is proof of actual ballot count tampering (and I have reason to believe there is), the next President needs to declare that Trump's election was a fraud. Anything resulting from a fraud is null and void. That would include all of his Cabinet appointees, and any and all of their actions. It would also include all of his judicial appointments up to and including Gorsuch.

I don't believe the Russians are involved. It's a scapegoat tactic used by the ruling class to distract attention away from the rot that is American democracy.

Everyone needs to join a union, protest march and force change. Demand change.

I hope you are prepared to have your beliefs challenged by the facts that will come out over the next few months. Many are already out if you have been paying attention.

waiting for Mueller frustrating but necessary.

I know. It's sickening. I don't know how all this is going to play out.

I've heard of impeachment but never annulment. Is there such a thing in the U.S. constitution?

No, the Constitution does not allow for annulment, per se.

However, if there is hard evidence of tampering with the ballot count, the next President can, and should, issue an Executive Order declaring Trump's election a fraud. That would nullify anything Trump and his "administration"have done.

Every minute this man grows in power. We have no justifiable Supreme Court. His supporters infuriate me. They are responsible for our demise, including the Republicans in the Supreme Court. I put my hopes in Mueller and the upcoming mid-term election but I know they have plans to tamper with this election.
