Where my night owls at? How do y'all get to sleep? I don't recommend my methods...
I play solitaire on a hand held, doze off. Wake up enough to turn it off, roll over and wake up. If I’m not comfortable or in pain I’ll get up and read for an hour then try again. I’m lucky if I get couple hours a morning and I really hate to take naps.
I go to bed quite late and then listen to my music on iPlayer......usually drift off to sleep listening to Morten Harket’s sexy voice and with an image of him in my mind i’m assured of sweet dreams!
There is a method as sure as it is rare. Lest we forget, full orgasmic discharge of energy is followed by a soothing, intense relaxation period including sleep. Unfortunately there are no substitutes and half strength can be even more stimulating/agitating.
I've been a natural night owl for as long as I can remember; fortunately most of my jobs don't involve rising especially early (a.k.a, dealing with morning rush traffic to get to work). Although I seem to be tiring about an hour or two earlier than previously, usually I can fall asleep easily after a long session online or in front of the TV. It helps if I've had a busy day beforehand. Dare I ask what your methods are?
I slept best when I exercised and kept busy during the day. I'm not as busy these days so that's a bit tougher now.
On the nights I had the most trouble a soak in the tub and chamomile tea seemed to do the trick.
A glass of wine can sometimes also be enough to help me sleep.
Sex helps!
Masturbating 3 or 4 times also helps.
