Interesting observation. I hadn't previously encountered the term "sausage fest" but other comments enlighten me as to what it means. Looking at the list of recent post visitors, it's notable that they seem to split roughly evenly between female and male users; I don't know what the statistics are but it wouldn't surprise me if, rather than being a "sausage fest", this place has an unusually high number of female members who are both active and have been here long-term when compared to other similar websites.

I find it interesting when people join and, in an extremely short time period, chime in with something negative about our community.
Nevertheless, welcome Jarrett! Nice of you to join us. Yes, there are men here who are as much of the part of the community as others. And, we like that they are here.
