The past few weeks here in Nazi-zona have been (surprise!) sweltering. We'll be hitting monsoon season shortly, and I have one item that will help with my survival - mochi. Yes, that luscious, compact, sweet and creamy bite of deliciousness will get me through the summer. My flavors of choice are (in order of yummy-ness) passion fruit, mango, and blood orange.
