Regressive leftism is hijacking the liberal agenda. This is alienating many traditional liberals. We need to re-establish classical liberalism and end the right vs left political confrontation. Proportional representation might help.

How do you define "classical liberalism"? Standing up for the little guy, the worker? Liberalism drifted away from that a long time ago. It has become dominated by the elites and lost its way in my view, and become addicted to focus groups.

What you're seeing is a direct reaction to the Trump Administration. With the election of Trump, things have swung so far to the right in the Republican Party that it's only fitting to see a major shift to the left on the other side of the aisle.
I myself used to land in the range of moderate Republican, but as we get deeper in to the Trump administration and with each atrocious act it commits, I find myself drifting farther and farther to the left.

Yours is not a new theory, subscribed to by many dating back to Socrates, and more recently re-labelled as the alt-right by Breitbart's Steve Bannon. So anarchists haven't change their pitch for over 2000 years, even though the words may look different.
Bottom line for me is that anarchy sounds to me like a weak excuse for not working on making democracy more effective, more responsive, and more representative.
Nothing worthwhile is easy, and creating a form of government which meets the populations' needs is certainly a worthwhile task in my opinion. But when people give up because it's taking too long and with too much stress, choosing anarchy and acrimony over a civil society and the rule of law, then you'll get your wish, and it won't be pretty, or painless.
We have several clear examples of societies which have devolved into anarchy around our world today. And more are on the way i fear.

But unfettered chaos has never made human lives better or easier historically, so i can't see how or why would it be any different now, especially with the pressures of 100s of millions more people just in North America. We need a different approach and chaos isn't it for me.
