The handy man who was supposed to show up on Monday, called this morning and apologized for not showing Monday. I invited him over, and we worked for a while. I think he will be a keeper.

A common fact of life. I have people come out to our property and provide an estimate. We then agree on a work date and time. I never hear from them again.

Otherwise he walks to work if he has to and stays later if asked
