The Vermont House of Representatives voted on Thursday to legalize possession and home cultivation of marijuana.

The move comes on the same day that U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions moved to rescind Obama-era guidance that has generally allowed states to implement their own marijuana laws without federal interference.

I am pissed. Republican governor of Colorado may sue Jeff Sessions. Right now trump is having a top staff meeting at Camp David. Jeff Sessions was not invited. Two conservative Republican House members have called for the firing of Jeff Sessions. We may not have to worry about this crisis.

Conservatives are totally in support of states rights. Unless the states use their rights to do things they don't like. This move by Sessions is folly, like trying to stand in front of an avalanche.

I hope the US thing doesn't go anywhere and at the same time you and I need to get out and get it legalized in good old Arizona next election.
