My heart breaks! VERY SAD DAY TODAY. A good friend of mine, after 7 years of medical school and training, has been fired for one minor indiscretion. He slept with one of his patients and can no longer work in the profession. What a waste of time, effort, training, and money. Even worse, is the fact that he is still paying off his school loans. This just goes to show how one little mistake can ruin your life. Thoughts for him and his family. He really is a great person, and a brilliant Veterinarian.

LOL! Men typically think with their sex organs but most skip animals.

Sleeping with a patient is a major ethical issue. It's not a "little mistake."

A veterinarian's patients are animals. Did he have sex with an animal or human?

Perhaps can appeal the decision to revoke his veterinary license.

LOL, it's a joke! Good one, too! You do strengthen my assertion that most women have little sense of humor, and take everything too seriously. My mom and sisters seldom laugh or tell jokes, although making my sister crack a smile was a top priority for me in my childhood.

Replying to posts with sincerity and kindness does not show I lack a sense of humor. Good grief. I love making people laugh.

Sorry you grew up with a humorless family. Apparently that colored your view of women.

My immediate family was six, left-handed, highly intelligent, hilarious musicians and artists. My parents talked and laughed every day.

Dinner conversations were fast-paced, smart and funny. People loved coming over.
