Here in the U.K. a trump is a slang name for a fart! This seems quite apt in view of the number of brain farts he makes! So perhaps The Trumper in Chief would be good.

I sometimes call Trump "Cheeto." A friend of mine is a supporter and he always tells me I call Trump "Mr. Orange." NO, NO,NO! You are a typical supporter in the fact that you have not been listening!
