No! Ghosts are part of nearly every religious belief system and I see no part for them in an atheistic paradigm. Personally, I have never seen any credible evidence for the existence of ghosts, despite having been to some of the world's most "haunted" places.

No, we are so much more as human beings. But our consciousness cannot survive outside the body that sustains us. When we die our consciousness dies too. To exist as a ghost in my mind it's to be in the thoughts of others but negatively. ' ghost ' has negative connotations.

Absolutely. I've had a few things happen to me that convinced me there's another realm out there. I and a friend messed around with a Ouija board in college in my dorm room and the room was always scary-creepy after that.
