Today sucks. Took my car to the dealership for service. They told me they'd let me know what it needed in an hour. Two hours later and I'm starting to get concerned. 3 hours later and my emergency fund just took a serious hit. Then the courtesy shuttle took me to the rent a car place, and their out of cars. Since I didn't need one til tomorrow they will pick me up in the morning. I got home 5.5 hours later. I still had to fix dinner and clean house. I have kids coming for dinner. Geeze, I was hoping for a nap today, no suck luck. The bright spot is granddaughter is coming. The day will end much better.

No, seems they all went east of me, into Iowa. I didn't even get any rain today.

Grand daughter was as cute as only an 18 month old sweetie can be. Yes, she and my kids were the bright spot of the day.
