I've been blocked from this site because I'm from a very religious country , Iraq, to update you guys on that , I guess we started to kick religious rule out , people are protesting against our government which uses the religion to control people ... Hope we will get there soon , the government has been fighting the protests with bullets and tears gas which led the people to get more angry, few were killed and despite this unfortunat event, that will make , hopefully ,the people to know what the religion is doing to them

This site blocked Iraq from getting on it because as I've heard they received some threats , and our government blocked social media so all the people are using a VPN app thus , I get to open this site using a VPN app , I changed my IP address

So how did you get unblocked? How is the blocking done ... some Iraqi version of China's "Great Firewall"? Or something less pervasive?

I think they just blocked Iraq from this site so because our government also blocked social media ,we used a VPN app to unblock them and now I get to open this site too

Welcome back, and stay safe! I hope that your magnificent country can have better leadership soon, too. Who knows but, maybe Daesh showed just how bad religion in government is?

Daesh definitely did ,but they weren't official ,now the official religious government is hurting people so more started to be aware of the reality of religion
