The absurdity of a universal creator giving us bodies and then punishing us for even touching them? I'm not buying it. PEOPLE concern themselves about such miniscule things...

OF COURSE! Think of a teen-aged boy...hormones coursing through his veins....nearly constantly in a full state of ERECTION....and the "creator" of this situation waits, viciously, ready to SLAP the boy because he touches himself? TOTAL NONSENSE!
You shouldn't HAVE to ''placate'' a higher power...unless it has EGO ISSUES.
