There has been a lot of comments about Trump and his fitness for the office of President.
I wonder if anyone has given any thought to what would happen if Vice President Mike Pence became Acting President in the event of Trump being impeached?
Pence, being a devout Christian, would there be any concerns that he may have a negative impact on women's rights and gay rights?

Oh yes! Having lots of experience in my background with fundamentalism and evangelicals...it is a sickening thought! Pence would simply, silently and without consciousness apply HIS beliefs to laws and government! Trump, promotes his insanity out front and with visible force!

Pence is tightly wound up in the investigation as he was lead on transition and well aware of what was going on... though some might question this, he knew some things that will hang him. This aside, I fear what he might do to women's healthcare. I have daughters and they deserve choices and they should be free to make them. Every woman should be able to control and get care for their reproductive health. Pence would have us all barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen I think.

I've read that Pence is a subject of Mueller's investigation too. But it would (will?) take time. Then there's Paul Ryan, Orrin Hatch then Rex Tillerson. We need to vote in a new Congress.

The only thing I see better about Pence than Trump is that he may be slightly less likely to petulantly, casually, start a nuclear war. But I think we are in serious trouble until the next election no matter what.
I've heard it said that there are three levels of realization most people go through when they see others acting badly -- hurting people.
- People first give the benefit of the doubt and figure the others don't know they're being hurtful.
- Next they still give the benefit and assume the others don't understand that they're causing harm.
- Finally they realize that the others being harmful on purpose out of bigotry or selfishness or whatever.
More succinctly, the levels are ignorant, stupid then evil.
At this point I'm afraid our president and congress are past levels 1 and 2 and they're working on converting the courts too. I'm more frightened for the US than I've been in my lifetime. The 2018 midterm elections are going to be extremely important. Hopefully, it will a step back towards humanity before it's too late.
Hed be just as bad, if not worse They would have to get rid of him first , like they did with Agnew.

it's not trump that's the problem really as there are many fools out there, its the fact that a fool was voted into such a high place. very scary. I do hate him personally
