I have to take a break on the news. Once I took a week off. To blow chi on things I cannot change except attend marches and rallies and vote. Write politicians and support those who are not taking big corp bribes. I try to make a difference every day. Even the little ones ....like be nice to those who aren't as well as those who are. You never know the ripple effect. We all get pretty locked in our own world view so being generous is also helpful for me personally. I feel less of the divide.
