How I leave devot Christian's speechless: I explain how I was raised to be a preacher. Offered bible college for free. Grew up in the church. Taught how to talk to people, move them. Sell them on God and such. Then when they ask me why I didn't become a preacher, I respond "well, not believing that there is a God kinda would make me a hypocrite, and I wouldn't want to be that!" Then walk away as they make a fish out of water face.

Eeew. I avoid talking to Christian wing nuts altogether.

I enjoy singing. I have had 6 years of voice training. Many songs I enjoy singing are hymns I learned as a child. I sing them well. Wing nuts seem to crawl out of the woodwork when they hear me. To me, they are songs I enjoy singing. To them, I MUST be praising some invisible man in the sky!
