I find to make great slaw you need finely chopped cabbage. Thick or not-uniform chopping makes a lousy one! Good mayo, salt, touch of sugar, apple cider vinegar, and celery seed, or maybe caraway seed.

I agree on the cabbage; consistent and finely chopped. I like the dressing recipe, especially the celery seed. Thanks.

Sounds DELISH, but like I keep saying..very few foods I can eat right now.
