I was on Anti-depressant tabs for a while, but happy i gave it up and i am in a better place mentally and physically
I am very happy for you. It is important to emphasize that getting off just about any drug should be done slowly and with the help of a informed and helpful medical doctor. I have heard many stories where people just stop suddenly and have devastating and long lasting mental breaks. These pharmaceuticals are very dangerous, it is easy to become hooked. I took the SSRI Prozac and ended up in jail for the weekend when my dose was increased suddenly. Things happen and can spin out of control when the dosage is increased, decreased or stopped.
Glad to hear it!

"A 2015 study concluded that CBD oil is a promising treatment for numerous forms of anxiety, including social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
