I am horrendous at maths - I went to a free school and didn't elect to do any maths ever, or geography.
I am 70 years old and still get lost in a town the size of a few square miles.

Strangely I manage quite well by not minding being lost I just keep walking until I hit somewhere that I do recognise ,and I read constantly and could probably spell most words.

Alot is my biggest crime

@LimitedLight yes but where i am from it's pronounced as one word so that's where i get confused

@Simon1 When I was in Burnley I got quite confused about what people were saying - I pronounce Burnley as Burnlee and people who live there call it Burnleh plus a lot of ee oop la! It took me ages to get into the swing of it and the rhythm plus Barnoldswick is Barnick very confusing to newcomers. especially cockney ones.

@jacpod i was refering to south wales when i meant alot but totally agree on the burnley thing after 7 years i still have trouble understanding the locals lol
