The universe, that is to say, nature, is my master. It created me, not the other way around. It will survive long after it reclaims my life. It doesn’t seem so important whether I personify that greater reality as a god and imagine it having agency, or see it in scientific terms. What seems inarguably true, and much more important is that the more familiar I become with its laws and the more readily I submit to them, the happier and more successful I can become. I can find a way to be content with that situation or choose to be miserable, but I can’t overpower the universe.

We are our own gods. Unless you want to kneel to yourself, no need.

You can improve your website score in general by answering all the profile questions and writing a bio, which also earns website points, and helps other members get to know you.

Commenting on posts and writing your own posts earns more points. At level two you can private message people, and at level eight you get an agnostic T-shirt.

If you want to date, the website uses profile algorithms to find member matches, so the more details one includes, the better the match.

Many people prefer to see a written profile talking about interests, hobbies, and backgrounds that can be quickly perused to find others who are compatible with them.
