Once upon a time when I was a young builder in pursuit of efficiencies on the job site, I banned all radios on the job sites after one too many arguments over which station everyone should listen to on the job. When one of the crew bosses said it was the right of the workers to have music to work to, I told him that if the crews wanted to have music on the job they could damn well sing. Big mistake, gauntlet dropped, the crews took the time to learn Tom Jones show tunes and would serenade me every time I walked on the job site. Lesson learned, radios returned, battle of the bands continued. 😉

Should have made requests to see how long it would last

Some of them were getting pretty good and to be honest I was starting to worry they wouldn't want the radios back. 😀

And that was their favourite protest song of the lot, they actually got pretty good at it by the time I conceded to their demands. 😀
