Did he or didn't he?

In his new book, Bob Woodward reports that John Kelly made this statement about Trump.

"He’s an idiot. It’s pointless to try to convince him of anything. He’s gone off the rails. We’re in Crazytown. I don’t even know why any of us are here. This is the worst job I’ve ever had."

John Kelly denies having said it.

Which do you think is true?

I remember it making the news cycle that he said it. Don't recall a month or day, but I remember it being in the news.

I think I had heard it before too. That doesn't make it any more or less true though. I do suspect Kelly did say it. Who hasn't?

Hell, I've said it!

Haven't we all?

Whether he said it or not he'd have plenty of motivation to deny it. Woodward has major credibility.

Two pulitzer's and other various journalistic honors...

I agree the motivation to deny is there. Kelly is in a tough spot.
