@azzow2. Isn't it about the same as the light refraction from a prism or maybe the sheen of gas or oil on water. Sun on a camera lens cause a rainbow effect seen in the film... what you say?
@BucketlistBob that would explain it if the light was stationary.
The image is a little too small to see much, but my guess is that there are light and dark patches on the roof of the coop which have caused chromatic aberration - this especially affects cheap, low-quality lenses, as used on most security cameras. [en.wikipedia.org]
That is because I cropped it to get the old car`s seat out of the photo that was left here when I bought the house and we live out in the middle of nowhere and I have been too busy to take a sawzall and chop it up to fit in our trash container.
