Yes, the main prison is in our minds. It takes your mind connected with your backbone to get yourself back to freedom again. Imagination gives many good ideas and your backbone to work them.

I have no idea what happens while in coma... do you dream? do you fart? are you semi flat lined? Can you make plans while in coma to go to the bathroom soon you are free off the coma? Need to ask a coma person... don't know any... any takers? good question.
Only had a brain fart, on that one, then it went away.
@Castlepaloma To me is valid question what do coma people are doing? dreaming? or shutdown like the federal government? valid question.
Could be a valid question.
You still have 90percent of the white matter of your brain in operation. It depends on the different degrees of the person coma.
If it is temporary, the mind and body can be balance again. If it is a permanent coma, I know I would not want to be someone's vegetable garden. That could prision the mind and body.
