I need a cheap prepaid cell phone. I don't want a plan. Does anybody have a suggestion?

I stumbled across a tracfone with 3x minutes, 3 times the minutes of whatever prepaid card I get. 60 minute card gives me 180 minutes.

Tracfones are cheap to buy with no plans, no contracts and no monthly charges. For an $80 card, I put 1350 minutes of talk time on my phone which will last about ten weeks for me. That works out to be about $35 a month. There are other phones similar to this.

You can do a google search yourself.

I just did, and here's one of the links that came up:

I use boost its $35 a month (no contract, it just stops working if you don't pay) for unlimited Data, Talk & Text and 3 Gigs 4G LTE (unlimited internet with data or wifi), and you pay up front for the phones. There is limited service in some rural areas like mine, but they run on wifi when it is available.

Full disclosure the above is a referal link good for $25 credit for me as well as anyone who uses it. I do think its a good deal for what it is though.

AT&T Go Phone worked well for me for many years.
