Thought about something similar but school bus sized, since I drive one. Wondered if I could live in it and travel a little and work driving a bus pretty much anywhere. Would companies let me park in their lot, probably not due to liability cost. Then I am not very mechanically inclined except for the basics so servicing would be an additional cost. There were other things to consider too but the thought crossed my mind.

I had something with a similar interior during the 1970's. We used to camp in it. Now I consider it roughing it if the hotel doesn't have a good wine list for room service.
