I used to love the history channel, even though sometimes it referred to a.d. and b.c. instead of c.e. and b.c.e. sometimes it got it right. but these days the history channel's programming appears to be mostly stuff like "the real noah's ark meets aliens from area 51." that's okay; there's always the science channel, right? so what's on RIGHT NOW? "biblical conspiracies." maaaaa, there's nothing on tee veeeeeeee!

the science channel still has good stuff on it, despite this, but all day yesterday was "loud, noisy, big machinery with heavy metal music in the background to make you think it's exciting and it's got the word 'engineer' in it so it's science" type shows. 'sigh

Yeah, they really messed those channels up. They used to be so good, now they are practically worthless.
