While I am obviously not religious, I have always been impressed with religious architecture. I visited the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona on Friday, holy shit Batman! That place was amazing!!!!

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I went to Italy and every church was full of awe inspiring paintings, mosaics and sculptures. Most of which had Christian / Catholic themes. It made me wonder what great works of art could have been created if the artists weren't commissioned by the church. I enjoyed all of it none the less and the sculptures the most.

You can admire art in all of its forms no matter the motivation for creating it.
I had a relative give me a turquoise cross years ago that came from a relative on the reservation. I was beautiful and I did wear it for a while.
I have it somewhere and will likely give it to my daughter unless she deconverts.
