Trump says that the only doctrine that America embraces is patriotism. Patriotism is not a doctrine, but false patriotism is nothing more than an excuse to try to demean, dominate, and abuse other peoples. Trump gives credence to the old quote that "patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels.."
