It seems to me that for a circuit court judge, he chooses odd things to present as evidence in his favor: a calendar to say where he was and where he wasn't on a particular date, for example.
I like how one of the accusers mentioned that most of these parties were spur of the moment, not planned in advance. (And would you really put "kegger" on your calendar for your mom to see as she puts your folded laundry in your room?) That calendar might actually make it easier for witnesses to pin point various dates.
