I have been watching the Kavanaugh hearings, and I am pretty horrified. Christine Blasey Ford was composed, dignified, and honest. Kavanaugh has a huge hissy fit, including crying, yelling, belligerence, and playing the victim. Then Lindsey Graham had his insane hissy fit. It appeals me that women actually can be behind this crazy guy. He has no business in the supreme court. My daughter and I were talking about how long and hard women have fought for our rights, and are amazed that women would give them up so easily by voting for Trump and backing someone like Kavanaugh. We are living in dangerous times.

I remember having to sit by my (ex)husband in support as allegations were presented and heard regarding his sexual misconduct with students. (He was a PE teacher and coach) I had to feign my support for him, though I knew his personality well and knew what he was being accused of was true.
It's very hard being the wife of someone being accused of sexual misconduct, but she didn't show much emotion that I could read. Perhaps she is used to hearing him lie to protect his position, or is privileged herself and also feels entitled to passes on poor behavior.
