I watched his entire presentation....it was weird watching him twitch and snort and contort his face and made me wonder if either he was "on something".....or maybe should have been??? hahaha Either way - I would never want to come before this judge for any legal matter - he really
creeps me out.

I think he was at the least a bit drunk. That's not to excuse him at all.

@PolyWolf funny you should say that - my husband said look how he winces when he takes a drink of "water"....that's the same face you see when someone does a shot...... just sayin' hahahahahaha

@Lavergne so true, hadn't thought of that! Maybe it was vodka.

@PolyWolf I actually wondered that, he certainly managed to swig 6 bottles of water...dehydrated maybe?
