On Sept 7th I stopped working. On Sept 8th, early in the morning I took a walk. I walked 1/2 mile. I had no idea what my stamina or endurance would be. I was definitely not in any sort of shape, except round, round is a shape. Out of the last 28 days I have walked on 21 of them, and today managed over 4 miles. Yeah, I'm pretty pleased with my progress, I'm feeling much better. I'm kinda impressed with my endurance and stamina.

4 miles !!! Wow . U should be very proud ! Do u have a dog walking w u ma'am or just u ?? ???

It's just for me. I have cat's and they disdain a leash. I've thought about getting a dog, but not until spring at the earliest.

That's fantastic.....just found out that a Planet Fitness will be opening here Nov 1. I've already signed up!

Good for you. One step at a time; pretty soon you'll be running marathons, doing triathlons. You go, girl!?

Kudos-I try to walk as much as i can for good health Paula. Makes you feel so much better

That is wonderful! And motivating. If I ever feel better I will get back to walking.
