It's beyond me. I watched that murder video several times. The cops drove up and Rice fell down dead. Just that quick and all in that order. There wasn't even any time for a cop to say anything. That man should have went to prison for murder and now someone again hires him as a cop. If I lived in that area I would form a protest of his hiring.
