She in regards has the advantage that her other senses tell her where eyes can deceive. Very cool thanks for sharing.

She went on to make some other dishes as well, and blew them away. I agree, very heartwarming. I'm glad you liked.

@TristanNuvo Yes, and nice to see the chefs’ human side too.

@Marionville I agree. she seems so humble. and in my experience, most chefs have an inflated ego.
It was great to see that she wasn't like that.
