If you live in a Right to Work state you can tell them that you do not like being paid overtime and they can just call you up at home anytime and ask you to come to work. Yes, this includes holidays and weekends.

They probably want some bs like "I'm not good at going home when it's time to clock off" or "I'm not good at putting my family first".

I hate job interviews, so I've come up with a series of answer to the most common questions:

Question: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Answer: Alone, on the couch, in my underwear eating Bon Bons while watching reruns of Friends.

Question: Why do you want to work for this company?
Answer: I don’t, but you’re the only company that responded to my resume.

Question: Tell me about yourself.
Answer: Well, I started out life very young, but I’ve outgrown it. Every 365 days I end up right back at the place where I started and the only thing I have to show for it is… I’m sorry, what was the question?

Question: Tell me about a professional conflict and how you resolved it.
Answer 1: Why, what have you heard?
Answer 2: I was acquitted.

'Where do you see yourself in five years?'
'Same place I see myself now: in the mirror.'

@memorylikeasieve: At this stage in life, who even knows if I HAVE five years. 😉
