People are constantly surprised about how petty and passive aggressive I can be lol.

I decided I'm not letting two coworkers walk all over me anymore. The decision was reached when Coworker 1 came in 10 minutes late again and stated because the 7 minute rule it's okay. It is not. The 7 minute rule says you can clock in 7 minutes early or clock out 7 minutes early. Not that you can come to work 7 minutes late.

And even then she was 10 minutes late.

Then today coworker 2 who never does ANY of the consults and always sticks me with them asked how many consults I had done. I told her 15 since 3pm and she said I was lying and there hadn't been any consults.

So I printed off all the consults I did today and threw the paper at her. Fuckers.

Now everyone is mad because I'm "not working well with others" stuck it

Is that really what you're pissed off about? I suggest you ignore them.

Yea. She's not ur boss so don't even prove anything. If this is how they wanna play, simply take it to hr or manager. The delays, your logs, their logs. Their response will determine the work ethic in the place and whether it's gonna survive or decay

I do understand where you are coming from. Your "7 minute rule" person might end up getting unfair things put on you and others. I once worked in a factory where a couple came in 15 minutes late all the time. They might explain by saying there was a train or something. This resulted in the company docking you 15 minutes of time if you were late late at all and it got progressive after 5 minutes.

If I might offer as bit of advice here, do not throw the printed out consults at your co-worker. Simply give them to her or show her where they are in the computer. Would she look if you told her where to look? I have problems with idiot people too.

I think you need to speak to a boss. Or HR.

And mutter "Not my circus not my monkeys" - and hope they make them also do work.

Not petty. Passive aggressive? Maybe.
