I've had a not so very good day today. I went to see my brother who's about to go into hospice care, and then I came home and was walking my dog and tripped and fell on my face on the concrete and had to go to Urgent Care. Cracked my head, bloodied my nose, busted my lip, sprained my thumb and hurt my chest. I'm sitting in my recliner for the rest of the evening.
