It is said that "you don't get a second chance to make a first impression". How many of you have realized that your first impression of someone was incorrect. How many of you have been seen as something you are not.
Years ago I was in a public meeting and a man was speaking. I didn't agree with him and told him he sounded just like a lawyer. Turns out he was a lawyer, We've not only remained good friends all these years, since, I have mired him for several projects as well.
Well Jesus- I. Already know santa and the tooth fairy are false and im not teaching my daughter that
I've realised that questioning my first impression has been wrong
Several years ago, I had a group that I did things with a few times a week. We became best friends. What's ironic about is that 3 of them made a terrible first impression. I didn't want to be near them, but they became very dear to me the longer I knew them.
Many times. It's normal. What's wrong it's to get "stuck" in that first impression. When it comes to people, first impressions are kinda trivial. Not everybody reacts the same when meeting new people. Some people are more open some are more cautious...Some are just assholes and you'll see them easily most of the time. ???? It's very interesting for me how the people behave in this process. Me I just try to pay attention and then mentally I compare that "first impression" with the next time or times I share with that person.
That happens all the time, to everyone. We judge, that’s what humans do.
