It has not calmed down either. We do not see the chaos as it really is because chaos is on such a long time curve. Since inception it is complete chaos, and that is what it should be. Never has it been a calm universe. we just do not see it in our realm of time.

It seems to have been an integral part of the birth of the universe and the survival of the species on earth. We should be able to do better now.
