When you walk into a grocery store to get some almonds to snack on till lunch but you're actually more more hungry than you think you wind up with a mini buffet from the bulk section!

*prunes, almonds, sunflower seeds, favas beans, pepitas, coconut, avocado and an apple

All great foods. Prunes are like wonderful. So under respected.
