And God spake saying "Let there be light."
But from the darkness came a voice that spake back " No chance of that mate, until you've paid your electricity bill."
And whilst God was pondering upon the Overdue Bill yet another voice arose from the darkness saying, " I am Confucius, All raise hands for many hands make light work," and suddenly there was LIGHT everywhere.
