If you want like primal sexy, I'd have to say Closer by NIN. It is basically a song constructed around the foreplay, build up, and release of just primal sex.

NOTE: The video is trippy as hell; what I'm talking about is the song itself, and how it's backed up by the words.

Hey, I thought that too. I was too afraid to post. It is pretty graphic. I love the irrelevant "closer to god."

@Santanaman9 Thank god someone brought up Prince. This post wouldn't have been complete without something by him... I remember watching Purple Rain not too, too long ago and there was a song he did try to convince Apollonia to choose him and not the guy from The Time. It went something like" Baby, Baby.Baby - Is it gonna be him or gonna be me?" Now that's sexy , I thought.
